Does anyone know the scoop on this guit? The only diff. between OO and deep body is the deep B. is 1/2 " deeper. Is the bracing different than OO? This is the only style that I am aware of that has a 'deep body' model.

Bracing has to do with scale length not body depth. Most "deep bodies" are usually dred depth. Other than that it is the same as the shallower bodies

Well assuming two guitars could actually be buit exactly the same I think it would haver more bass and loose some of the highs. This is based on my building one and comparing to my other 000 builds - of course I didnt use the same wood so who knows.

But why did they do it for OO and not others. Do they feel that the OO needs more bass?

I think Nick Lucas asked for it that way.
